Our Mission
Our beautiful school was founded in 1988 by Ms Peggy Anderson, who brought the Montessori philosophy to our little island and opened the first certified Montessori School in the Cayman Islands.
Briana Bergstrom Currie (Ms Bri), alumni of MSC took over from Ms Peggy in 2016.
Our programme is highly recommended by parents and teachers on the island. A testament to the success of the school is a large number of second-generation alumni we have had enrolled here.

At Montessori School of Cayman, it is our mission to provide an authentic and extraordinary Montessori early years & kindergarten programme so that all of our students are given the best preschool experience and start to their education.
It is our goal to deliver a whole-hearted, holistic Montessori approach and offer a happy, safe and stimulating prepared environment where children are able to explore and thrive, therefore developing a love for learning. We believe in the development of the individual child and thoroughly understand that every child is unique and requires a variety of methods to support and nurture their social, emotional and academic journeys.
