Miss Bri is the owner and Director of the Montessori School of Cayman. She actually attended the Montessori School of Cayman herself from 1993-1995. Miss Bri received her BA (Hons) in Education and Early Childhood Development in Bristol, England. She then went on to The University of Oxford and received her MSC in Education and Child Development. After many years of work experience she made the decision to follow the path of Montessori and complete her AMI Montessori Diploma (2.5-6) training in London. Miss Bri moved back to Cayman after the end of her Montessori training and was the Head Casa Teacher at Village Montessori for two years before taking over the Montessori School of Cayman from Ms Peggy in July 2016. Since then, Bri has made amazing changes to the school and the building itself to allow for more indoor and outdoor classroom space and for a more authentic Montessori education be delivered. In her free time Bri loves to spend time with her friends and family, spend time in the sea, practice yoga and travel.
Miss Rebecca is also an Assistant Directress in our Casa environment and came to Montessori School of Cayman in 2016 from Village Montessori where she had been teaching in the toddler environment. Prior to that, she was nannying for three children here in Grand Cayman. After completing her Montessori Teaching Assistant course in Canada, Miss Rebecca moved to Grand Cayman to pursue a career working with children. Miss Rebecca is a wonderful teacher and the children just love her. She has been at MSC since 2016 and has been in both our Toddler and Casa environments. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys pilates, going to the beach and spending time with friends and family.

Miss Rose is our Lead Directress in our Casa environment and holds a North American Montessori Teaching Diploma. She found her passion for the Montessori Method after exploring many different avenues working with children. She was involved with a programme that educated local schools about marine life with Coral Cay Conservation in Cambodia, in Zimbabwe she worked at a school for children with learning disabilities and volunteered at the Healing with Horses Centre, whose mission is to help children and communities. Miss Rose led our Toddler environment last school year and is excited for this new challenge in Casa! Miss Rose went to a Montessori pre-school herself, and has come full circle from being the student to the teacher in the Montessori environment. She has fond childhood memories as a Montessori student, and would like to cultivate that same appreciation in her own students. Miss Rose spends her free time at the beach, scuba diving and practicing yoga.

Miss Natalie is an Assistant Directress in our Toddler environment. She is from California, and moved to Cayman in 2017. Prior to this, she was a K-12 substitute teacher in California and a Primary School Teaching Assistant in England. She has also been volunteering at the YMCA of the Cayman Islands for the past year. After working with children in various capacities, she decided to follow a path where she could support children in some of their most formative years and deepen her understanding of the Montessori method. She is passionate about the Montessori method, and how it encourages children to be independent and develop a love of learning. Miss Natalie currently was accepted onto the MCI Early Years Diploma course, which she will begin in September to gain her Montessori teaching diploma. In her spare time, Miss Natalie enjoys reading; going to the beach; and spending time with her family, friends, and black cat, Oolong.
